The sun came up today, the world awakened with the light and your day began. The time passed, the sun set, and the day was no more. The night began and the time kept going, like the beat of your heart; steady, consistent, moving, beating, ticking, going.

What did you do in between the setting of the sun? What did you feel in between the beats of your heart? Are you ok? Are you taking care of yourself?

A new week is beginning...are you ready to face the challenges and opportunities it will bring? Prepare, plan, and let your mind paint a picture of what you need to be and what you need to do. Purpose in your heart, and with intention let it come to pass. You got this. I am right here, with you every step of the way.

Order

When you feel overwhelmed, remember there is an order. When you walk into a room and things are in order, it simply means things are in place, where they need to be. Order can also refer to a specific time and direction.

There are certain things that you know must be done as you navigate your daily life. Bring those things to your remembrance when your mind overwhelms you and creates chaos. Go over the things that must be done, say them out loud if you need to.

Reach out for help when you need to, don't be afraid to call out to me. I am here and will answer. I am your creator, I made you, I know you.

I want you to grow and prosper. I want you to have clarity and direction. You are alive. You are here. Simplify your life, live with intention, create order in your life and be well.

A Sacred Space

Sacred. The time you set aside to hear from me is sacred. It's where you connect with me and are receptive to my words. Its a magical space, some say a holy space, and when you find it, you know it.

It resonates within your very soul, your being. This space is where you welcome and accept your place and know there is one that is greater than you. The very same one who created you and spoke you into existence, breathed life into you - that same one hears and answers you when you call.

You only have to speak to me, and as you come to know my voice you begin to know your own. Trust my voice, trust your voice. Live with integrity and pure intentions. Search for me and you will find me, always.

Stay

Stay right there. Yes, you heard me right. Stay. Sit in the moment. Sometimes you need to stay right where you are. You can learn and grow and become even in the midst of the stillness.

It's in the stillness that you can see clearly. Withdraw from the chaos and seek clarity. You don't always have to open the door and go outside...peek out the window instead. There may be some things you need to get before you can walk outside. Prepare. Get ready. Don't just grab the keys and go.

Sit down. Take a moment. Think. There are things that need to be taken care of...prioritize and plan so when you do open the door and expose yourself to the world (that can often be chaotic) you will be ready. Ready to face and meet the challenges that await you.

You don't always like to be still, but remember, sometimes you need to be still and find solid ground before you can take off and soar.

The Details

Details. Find the details. Make sense of the details in your life. Stop glossing over them and covering them up. You don't even have to search for them, you just have to see them. They are there.

It's in the details that you will be able to move forward and complete tasks and projects you have started. Pay attention.

Listen and observe. Consistency. Move things around until you find the balance. It's there. You do not and can not know it all. You will have moments of weakness; don't quickly cover it up. Study it, find out why, and fix it.

No more putting band-aids on things. Tend to the wound. It's a process. Think about the nurse bandaging a wound. There are things to be done before the bandage can be applied.

Details. Pay attention to the details. Remember always, you are loved.

A Gift For You

I have a gift for you today. Its is more precious than anything in this world…the gift of another day. An opportunity for you to open your eyes and live another day.

Do not take it for granted, do not waste it.

Be careful and diligent. Remember the words you spoke, the way you felt, the optimism and hope you felt on January 1st.

Can you put it in your pocket? Yes, a smile. Joy. Be filled with joy as you bring to mind the words you said to yourself two weeks ago, as the clock struck 12 and a new year began.

Don’t give up. Don’t allow the cares of the world district you from your hearts desire. Cherish the gift of life, of opportunity, of hope. Let gratitude fill you and may grace guide you as you accept this gift of a brand new day.

My Creation

My creation. I know you because I made you. This is why you can trust my voice. Search deep within yourself, to that place that is pure. Feels magical sometimes, doesn’t it? Like it’s fake, no real.

Search for that place of quiet, where you can hear and know my voice. Be confident in what you hear. My voice will not cease you pain or lead you to paths that will bring you harm. Search for me, and you will find me. I am the good that is within you, you can rest in me.

The world can be chaotic and cause you to be anxious and unsure of yourself. It’s in those moments you will find me, if you reach for me. When you enter my presence, the care of the world are quieted and you find comfort and clarity. That is when you will hear my voice, and know that I hear you.

Be confident, rest in me and know you are not alone.

I am here. Listen. Listen to my voice. Listen for my voice.

This will feel familiar but new. Erase what you think it will sound like. Listen. I am here.

Remember. Remind yourself. I am here. Listen. Be still and know. Prepare yourself for what is to come, for what will be. Do not be afraid. I am with you. I will equip you. Do not doubt. Trust me. I will take care of you. There is safety with me.

Let it go. Let your guard down. I see you. I accept you. I have you. Give it to me. Give it all to me. I am here. I know. I see. I am here. Together we can and we will. We will do all of it. Every idea, every dream, every project will come to pass. You will make it happen. It's not to much. You are not too much. Your ideas are not too grand or too big. I am here. Focus. Remember your weaknesses and let me help you.
